Return and Refund Policy
At Zisora, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process to make things right.
A. 30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original packaging
- Tags still attached and in resalable condition
B. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at support@zisora.store with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and clear return instructions.
Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
C. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us at support@zisora.store within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
D. Exchanges
We currently support exchanges only in the following cases:
- Items damaged during transit
- Incorrect items shipped
- Sizing issues
To request an exchange, email support@zisora.store with your order number and issue.
E. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Please allow additional time depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing timeline.
F. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
G. Discount Code Policy
Discount codes must be entered at checkout. Refunds cannot be issued for missed or unused discount codes after the order has been placed.
